Music Cutter Online – Cut to Beat is a free online editing web app that makes it easy for content creators, to get the best sounding endings for their clips, consistently and effort free.
This tool allows users to cut audio clips of almost any audio format (MP3, AAC, FLAC, WAV, etc.) in 4 easy steps:

- Slice or Cut to the beat
- Apply Effects
- Download
The web app is compatible with most desktops, tablets and smartphones that have a modern browser that supports javascript.
Even though the idea of the tool came from the necessity of having good, effortless audio transition on a movie clip (read more here), this tool can also be used to create music clips, ring tones, funky voice messages or any other audio clips.
This web app has a proprietary audio processing “Cut to the Beat” algorithm that processes the best sounding points to end the clip.

How to use?
Step 1. Upload: Upload your song by dragging your audio into the drag box above, or by clicking and selecting a file on your computer.
Step 2. Slice or Cut to Beat: Slice your song by clicking the sound wave or by selecting one of the beats suggested by our proprietary “Cut to the Beat” algorithm as endpoints.
Step 3. Apply Effects: Tweak the effects applied to clip.
Step 4. Download: Get your clip fresh out of the oven!
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard or “Previous” and “Next” buttons on your mouse/touch screen to navigate the different steps.
